Due to the nature of concrete, color variations, air bubbles and slight unevenness may occur. These are not considered defects. Please keep in mind, all our concrete products are handmade with lots of love by us for you.

Every item is sealed and can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. Using harsh cleaning products and supplies may damage your product.

We are an online shop but we actually have Adorée products in a couple of lovely stores on the island:

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery or pick-up. Item must be returned in its original conditions.

Please keep in mind that all our concrete products are handmade. Each product will be unique. Characteristics such as air bubbles, slight unevenness, color variations are unavoidable due to the nature or concrete. These are not considered defects.
